[DRAFT] Observation on Hyrum's Law

Hyrum's law proposes that, any API with a sufficient number of users will be depended on all of its observable behaviours regardless if those behaviours are promised in the contract or not.

This rule is also related to Spolky's law of leaky abstractions.
